Bob Duval is the Senior Vice President of Canadian Services for IPS. Mr. Duval brings IPS 26 years of oilfield experience throughout NE British Columbia, Alberta, and
Montana in various management and leadership roles. Along with his many accomplishments, Mr. Duval also helped facilitate the growth of Phoenix Dataline Ltd., in which he was a shareholder. Mr. Duval has been with IPS at a senior management level since the inception in 1999 and has played a significant role in the development of the integrated concept of which IPS offers.

Richard Ironside is Senior Vice President of IPS's International operations and President of Premier Sea & Land, IPS's subsidiary based in Singapore. Mr. Ironside
has served in his current role since 2002. Mr. Ironside was the founder of Premier Sea & Land which he established in 1993. Premier Sea & Land was acquired by one of IPS's predecessor companies in January 1998. From 1982 to 1993 Mr. Ironside founded and built Premier Leasing into the largest independent fishing and rental tool company in southeast Asia. Mr. Ironside sold Premier Leasing to Weatherford in 1993. Prior to starting Premier Leasing, Mr. Ironside was a founding partner of an offshore drilling company.

Bryan K. Suprenant is President of U.S. and Mexico Services. Prior to joining IPS, Mr. Suprenant was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Coiled Tubing Operations of Precision Tube Technology and SeaCAT. Mr. Suprenant joined Precision Tube Technology in 1998 as Vice President of Sales for Downhole Products. Prior to
joining Precision Tube, Mr. Suprenant was Manager of International Coiled Tubing Operations for Camco International and previously worked with Schlumberger Ltd, (Dowell Schlumberger) in both engineering and operations management positions in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladesh, West Malaysia, and East Malaysia. Mr. Suprenant has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environ-mental Health from Illinois State University, and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Health Engineering from Montana State University.
