| IPS announced today the opening of a new service location in Damascus, Arkansas. IPS’s Mid Continent Region Manager Wayne Ducote stated “Arkansas has become an area of increasing importance to our customers exploiting the unconventional play in the Fayetteville Shale Basin. IPS has significant experience in the area already. By opening this location we will be able to better serve our customers with the industry’s best equipment and technology, and the basin’s most experienced personnel located in close proximity to our customers operations.” |

| IPS announced today the purchase of ASAP Wireline located in Greely, Colorado. | IPS announced today the closing of the purchase of C&S Energy Services in Kilgore, Texas. | IPS announced today the opening of a new service location in Odessa, Texas. IPS’s South Texas Region Manager Richard Guerra stated “The Permian Basin area of West Texas has been a growing area of activity for our clients in Texas. As we have increased our service delivery in the area, we determined that a full service location located in the heart of the basin was required to better serve our customers.
